Welcome to www.kaabilprogram.org ("Website"), a public service platform developed and managed by K.C. Mahindra Education Trust (KCMET). This platform is designed to connect diverse stakeholders for the economic empowerment of women across India. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Website and services provided through it.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.
1. Platform Purpose
Kaabilprogram.org is a multi-stakeholder platform with the following objectives:
- Job Posting and Inclusive Hiring: Recruiters and partner organizations can post jobs free of charge and take the Kaabil Pledge to commit to inclusive hiring practices.
- Women Job Seekers Access: Women across India, especially first-time job seekers, can create profiles, apply to jobs, and access tools and resources for employment preparation.
- Career Pathway Tool: A simple AI-powered quiz helps freshers understand career paths based on their interests, education, and aptitude.
- Learning Management System (LMS): Corporate partners and recruiters can upload custom training content to upskill existing or incoming employees.
- Resume Writer: A free resume builder for first-time job seekers, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds.
- NGO and Training Institution Integration: Authorized representatives from NGOs and institutions can upload candidate data with proper consent to facilitate placements.
2. User Roles and Responsibilities
2.1 Recruiters and Employers
- Must take the Kaabil Pledge, committing to fair, inclusive, and women-focused hiring practices.
- May receive a Kaabil Partner Badge which can be used in internal or public communications.
- Are responsible for ensuring posted jobs are accurate, non-discriminatory, and in line with Indian labour laws.
- Must not charge any fees to candidates for job placement.
- Must protect candidate information and only use it for legitimate hiring purposes.
- Job Validity and Reporting Obligation: Each job posted on the Kaabil platform will remain live for 30 calendar days unless manually deactivated by the recruiter before that period. Upon job expiry or manual removal, the recruiter will be prompted to submit hiring outcomes --- including the number of candidates shortlisted, interviewed, and selected. This reporting is mandatory and must be completed before the recruiter is allowed to post any new job on the platform. This data helps Kaabil track platform effectiveness and supports future mobilization and policy recommendations.
2.2 Job Seekers
- Must be women aged 18 and above.
- Are responsible for the truthfulness of all information shared on the platform.
- Understand that job application and shortlisting decisions are made solely by recruiters.
- May access tools like career pathways quiz, resume writing, counselling, and learning resources.
- Agree that job applications remain active till such time the job seeker deems it to be active.
- Understand that archived job applications are not accessible to recruiters; reapplication is required if the job is still active.
- Should report any recruiter asking for payments or discriminatory practices.
2.3 NGOs, Foundations, and Training Institutions
- Must be officially registered and authorized to upload student or beneficiary data.
- Must have prior consent from each individual whose data is being shared.
- May participate in hiring campaigns and mobilization events conducted on the platform.
- Are expected to update candidate status regularly and respond to Kaabil communication in a timely manner.
3. Pledge and Badge Usage
- Recruiters who take the Kaabil Pledge will receive a digital badge and welcome kit.
- The badge must be used respectfully and may not be altered, resold, or used to misrepresent affiliation.
- Continued usage of the badge implies adherence to inclusive hiring standards.
- KCMET reserves the right to revoke the badge if the recruiter is found violating the pledge.
4. Free Usage and No-Fee Policy
- Kaabilprogram.org is a 100% free platform for all users.
- No fees are charged for job posting, job applications, profile uploads, or training data sharing.
- Any individual or organization requesting payment for platform usage is in violation of our terms and should be reported immediately to support@kaabilprogram.org.
5. Data Privacy and Consent
- All data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Candidate and institutional data is processed only for recruitment, skilling, and employment support.
- NGOs must ensure they obtain explicit consent before uploading any third-party data.
6. Participation Terms
- Users may view and apply to jobs after completing a basic profile with accurate education, experience, and skill details.
- Gender-specific job roles may be posted by employers; Kaabil does not endorse or encourage discriminatory practices.
- Misrepresentation in user profiles can lead to suspension or termination of account.
- All Users must adhere to the platform's Code of Conduct and are responsible for their behaviour on the platform.
7. Code of Conduct
Users shall:
- Provide true, accurate, and complete information.
- Maintain only one user account.
- Refrain from using automation, bots, or unauthorized access methods.
- Not harass, abuse, or impersonate others.
- Not post obscene, offensive, or unlawful content.
- Not infringe on intellectual property or proprietary rights.
- Exit/log-out at the end of each session and maintain confidentiality of their password.
Violations may lead to restrictions, account deletion, or legal recourse.
8. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights on this Website --- including but not limited to text, graphics, design, code, layout, icons, audio-visual content, logos, brand names, data structures, and backend frameworks --- are the sole property of KCMET or its content partners. These rights are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
- Users may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, display, or exploit any content from the Website without prior written permission from KCMET.
- Any content uploaded by users (such as job descriptions, images, training material, or candidate profiles) must not infringe on third-party intellectual property. Users are solely responsible for any such violation and shall indemnify KCMET against claims or liabilities arising thereof.
- By uploading content to the platform, users grant KCMET a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to store, display, distribute, or use such content for operational, analytical, or promotional purposes.
9. Third-Party Content and Links
- The Website may host links or content from third parties for value-added services.
- KCMET is not responsible for third-party website content, policies, or transactions.
- Users interact with third parties at their own discretion and responsibility.
10. Platform Access and Termination
- KCMET may restrict or terminate access to any user or organization found misusing the platform.
- Misuse includes but is not limited to: data harvesting, discriminatory hiring, falsified profiles, or commercial use.
11. Limitation of Liability
Users access and use Kaabilprogram.org voluntarily and at their own discretion. K.C. Mahindra Education Trust (KCMET) provides this platform as a free, public-interest service and disclaims all liability to the fullest extent permissible by law.
- KCMET shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage --- whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive --- arising from or related to:
- Access or inability to access the platform,
- Job application outcomes or recruitment decisions made by third parties,
- Technical issues, delays, or interruptions in service,
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in data provided by users or recruiters,
- Unauthorized use or misuse of any information posted on the platform,
- Any communication or transaction with external links, organizations, or service providers.
- Users waive and release KCMET and its trustees, employees, affiliates, technology partners, and service providers from any and all claims arising from use of the platform.
- KCMET makes no guarantees that the Website:
- Will meet users' expectations or be continuously available,
- Will be free of viruses, errors, or unauthorized access attempts,
- Will generate specific job placements or outcomes.
12. Indemnification
By using Kaabilprogram.org, all users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KCMET and its affiliates, employees, partners, and trustees from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, penalties, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
- Misuse of the platform or its services;
- Upload or transmission of any false, misleading, or infringing information or content;
- Unauthorized use of intellectual property;
- Acts of impersonation, misrepresentation, or unlawful data submission;
- Any third-party claims arising from user conduct or content contributions on the platform.
This obligation shall continue even after termination of access or use of the platform.
13. Modifications to Terms
These Terms may be modified periodically. Continued use of the Website implies consent to updated terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved through courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

16. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
If any user has complaints or grievances pertaining to:
- (i) Any content on the platform believed to violate these Terms (other than Intellectual Property infringement),
- (ii) Access-related issues to Kaabilprogram.org,
- (iii) Any content that appears to be obscene, defamatory, impersonating, or otherwise unlawful,

Your written complaint must include:
- Full name and contact details (address, phone number, and email)
- Relationship to the subject matter of the complaint
- Name and age of the aggrieved person, if applicable, and confirmation that you are authorized to act on their behalf
- Description of the issue and clear identification of the specific content or incident
- A statement made in good faith, affirming that the issue violates Kaabil's Terms and Conditions
- Declaration that the complaint information is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge
For copyright and IP-related grievances, please include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed
- Specific location or identification of the infringing content
- Full contact details
- Good faith belief that the content is not authorized by the IP holder
- A signature (digital or physical) of the person authorized to act on behalf of the IP holder
Kaabil reserves the right to investigate complaints, request clarifications, and take appropriate remedial actions. You may be contacted to support the resolution process. Kaabil also reserves the right to replace its Grievance Redressal Officer at its discretion.
